herbs?

I have an indoor herb garden I have never had one before. It is getting to big and I need to take some of them out I can't use them fast enought I guess. Is their a way I can dry them so they don't go to waste.

You can place them (preferably on a string tied from on side to another) in a sunny window. A lot of people do this in their kitchen window, as it typically gets the most sun. You can also dry peppers this way.

If you still have the instructions that came with your dehydrator, it should have the settings and time necessary. If you don't have it, you can easily google the instructions online, or at least find what you need for your amount, etc.
