In La Junta, 70 miles south of Limon. Of course ya have to remember these are Colorado Redneck mileage estimates I am using. We actually go more by how lon it will take to get someplace than by actual miles. Your about 2.5 hours from me. I'd prolly come by way of Sharon Springs.

Before I joined I lurked and read. I read the rules and policies and agree with them wholeheartedly.

I do have one question. Is your nickname taken from Francis Marion the famous Revolutionary War general?

:D How'd you guess? At least I know you know some real history. I watched OLD reruns of the Disney show growing up (those episodes were about 20 years old when I saw them), and I found my hero. I think I read a bio of Marion for the first time when I was about 8. In respect for him, nearly everything I do online carries the name "Swamp Fox" in some form.

I know I am not much of a poster more of a lurker. But I wanted to take a moment and explain my nick change.

I before I came to this forum had been backslidden for almost 20 years. During that time I used Ripdood everywhere I went on the net.

The Rip side of me has always represented my ornery side, it is a nickname I picked up from the kids in high school.

Since I got back in fellowship with the LORD, has really been dealing with me about "putting" those things behind me.

So from now on I am GaryR.
